Catch this lively singing, dancing, and music act playing nightly at the Chula Vista Resort.
Directions: The Fab '50s Live! show is inside the Chula Vista Resort. Take Interstate 90/94 to exit 87 at Highway 13. Follow highway 13 through the Dells, over the bridge, and all the way through the bustling downtown. Highway 13 will turn left; follow it and look for the sign for Chula Vista on your left. Enter the main lodge and the show is straight back on your left.
Fab '50s Live! runs almost every night for the summer season. Starting in mid-June and running until Labor Day, the show plays every day except Mondays. The rest of the week there is an 8 pm show and on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is an additional 4 pm show. But call to make sure there are no schedule changes.
The show lasts for two hours plus a 15-minute intermission. Waitresses come around to your candle-lit table to serve drinks during the show. The Market Fresh Buffet is next door inside the building and you can purchase a dinner and a show package.
The show for the 2007 season includes a four member band, four female singer and dancers and four male singer and dancers. The music encompasses both the 50s and the 60s and there is something for everyone, no matter what your age. Some of the show includes:

- Four Elvises singing his hits
- Songs from the musical South Pacific
- Songs from the musical Hair
- Little Richard hits
- Doo Wop
- Favorites from Grease
The whole group is strong at their specialties, whether it be on their instruments, dancing, singing, or making people laugh. Stand-out performances were given by Rory Bolton on the piano, who played Jerry Lee Lewis's Great Balls of Fire as good as The Killer himself. He could bang out a tune while standing on his seat with his hands between his legs. Luke Ringelstetter played Johnny B. Good on the guitar with all the signature moves, including playing the guitar behind his head. He also sang the Beatles' song Help better than the Fab 4 ever did. It's hard to believe Kelsey Klug is only on her first year at Chula Vista's Fab '50s with the way she commanded the stage and sparkled in every performance.
There is a range of talents here that will have the ladies swooning, the gentlemen blushing, and everyone laughing. The Fab '50s Live! show is one the whole family will enjoy.
